The Mayor of Beit Jala, Mr. Vladimir Kharoufeh, accompanied by Municipal Council members Mr. Imad Nour and Mr. Suhail Al-Shaer, received a delegation from the Lutheran Church to extend their congratulations on his appointment as Mayor. The delegation wished him success in his new responsibilities and in serving the city of Beit Jala and its residents.
